Calvin’s
career has been focused on people development. From the early days in production
management, Calvin held senior HR positions in the food industry and spent
ten years with Exxon Chemicals working in HR and Organisation Development.
In 1986, Calvin chose a freelance career. Since then he has specialised in designing change programmes with leaders of organisations and teams, including the provision of workshops and development materials. His style, with an emphasis on mentoring, means that he spends a great deal of his time working with individuals and small groups on their effectiveness and personal development.
